Aparna Kalley is Senior Project Associate at IT for Change. Her work focuses on gender-related intersections of technology and development. She is the face of Hosa Hejje Hosa Dishe, facilitating team building and creative and engaging learning methodologies, which are later taken to schools and colleges while interacting with adolescent girls. She is also the major force behind Nan Voice, Nan Choice, having done a similar broadcast in Mysuru for over 8 years.
Anusha Hegde is Project Associate at IT for Change. Her areas of interests include gender, rights of sexual minorities, community engagement and urban sustainability. As an engineer and development professional, she takes care of our modules and has a flair for creative designing. She is one of our in-house producers and editors of broadcast quality audio programmes. She is the point person for many of our networks and holds the ball when it comes to outreach.
Shreyas Hiremath is Project Assistant at IT for Change. He is our in-house editor who has a very keen interest in sound design. He takes care of school-related brass tacks and is part of the resource preparation for various endeavours. He has conducted workshops on the free and open source editing software Audacity with various audiences from and around the state. He is an avid learner of new technologies.
Karthik K is Programme Associate at IT for Change. As a technology enthusiast, he brings in key advantages which enrich the project. He has master’s degrees in Engineering as well as in Kannada. He picks up socio-technical issues very quickly and this has been a great asset to the team. He is well-versed in and keeps abreast of new technologies and brings his inputs to the new strategies. He is very comfortable in multitasking regularly. He is one of our in-house producers and editors of broadcast quality programmes, and is a gatekeeper for making sure the team adheres to deadlines.
Gurumurthy Kasinathan is Founder and Director of IT for Change. He leads projects in the area of education, including in research, demonstration projects, systemic teacher education reform and policy advocacy. His areas of expertise include ICT integration in school education, teacher education and pre-service teacher education. He takes care of school leadership, and is available to guide the team 24/7 when they need him.
